Paar klassizistische Girandoles mit Nymphe und Bacchantin

Feuervergoldete Bronze, weißer Marmor. Aus zahlreichen Gussteilen zusammengefügte, dreiarmige Tischleuchter. Auf einem kannelierten Säulenpostament eine weibliche Figur, Nymphe bzw. Bacchantin, mit Tuchdraperie, Füllhorn und kindlichem Satyr. Darüber drei Blattarme, in Tüllen endend, um eine Mittelspindel mit einem Blütenkranz an drei Ketten. H 67,2 cm.
Paris, um 1775 - 80, die Figuren nach Etienne-Mauice Falconet.
