Auctions in Cologne, Berlin and Brussels

Around 18 auctions take place every year at Lempertz’ headquarters in Cologne, with further auctions in our branch offices in Berlin and Brussels. Lempertz traditionally starts in the spring and autumn with the auction of 15th to 19th Century Paintings. The Berlin Auction selling art related to Prussia has in the meantime also become a classic sale for Lempertz. The Brussels’ branch has been auctioning African and Oceanic art since 1992. Every auction features a week-long preview and richly illustrated catalogues which can be ordered individually from us or as a subscription.

Further information about the individual locations can be found here: Auction House Cologne, Auction House Berlin, Auction House Munich, Auction House Brussels

Following and bidding in the Online Auctions

Are you interested in an art auction but are unable to attend in person? Kunsthaus Lempertz is also an online auction house! All auctions can be followed live on the internet – also without registering. If you would like to bid however, you must register at least 24 hours before the start of the auction. Our online auctions are subject to a bid limit of EUR 10,000 which can be increased if required. For further details please see our Live Auctions page.
