THE VIRGIN WITH CHILD

Oil on panel (parquetted). 58 x 48 cm (without frame).

This way of depicting the Virgin, which was developed in Umbria and spread to central Italy, points to the likely origin of this painting being Latium or perhaps Viterbo. In a newer frame.
