A terracotta relief of the Miraculous Healing of Bishop Bonacursius of Aix. The relief shows the interior of a church in perspective in which the Madonna and child float on clouds above a kneeling cleric, flanked by Saint Andrew, Saint Lawrence and a bishop. Signed to the lower right "ANTO.S DUPARC. F. I. 1735", the piece is presumably a bozzetto for Antoine Duparc's marble relief of the same name, made for the altar of the apse in St. Sauveur in Aix-en-Provence, which is dated 1737 and shows the miraculous healing of Bishop Bonacursius of Aix which occurred in 1312.
