An architectural tobacco cabinet à deux corps made for the engineer Anton Floeringer.

Walnut, mahogany and fruitwood on oak, brass fittings. Compartments to the lower section, 12 drawers to the upper section, the finial formed as a locomotive designed by Borsig flanked by allegories of industry. Signed to the steam engine: STRACK. Small losses to the veneer, two small consoles to the reverse lost and part of the foundry worker's ladle, in good overall condition.
Designed and possibly also made by Johann Heinrich Strack in 1866, commissioned by August Borsig for the 25th anniversary of the service of head engineer Anton Floeringer.
