A wickerwork, stag antler and ivory kiseruzutsu displaying a yawning and stretching Hotei with his bag behind him, details of the bag in silver makie, the borders of Hotei's robe in gold makie, both rubbed. The rim lined with gold. Signed Gyokumei on an inlaid tablet. Small restoration at the back. Late 19th century.
