Front of the case with an inscribed portrait of the young royal couple, reverse coat of arms of the Spanish Royal Family of Bourbon held by two angels. Surrounded by finely chased laurel and oak wreaths in bi-coloured gold and blue enamel. Silver guilloché dial with applied gold relief decor and gilt hands. Precision anchor movement with chain and fusee, quarter hour and five minute repeaters with strike. In original velvet case, the lining stamped "José Hoffmeyer 9515". Stamped with London marks for 1840, case maker "SC". Case and movement numbered 9515. In original velvet case, the lining stamped "José Hoffmeyer 9515". diameter 5 cm. Weight 121.6 g.
