A fine ivory netsuke of a mokugyo. Second half 19th century

Well hollowed and elaborately carved with a handle in shape of two dragon heads, a tama supported by their mouths, the wall of the gong carved in openwork with a net pattern on one side and the cord hole on the other. The eye pupils of black horn.
