The present work is a copy of a signed painting on copper by Jan Brueghel the Younger which today is kept in the Alte Pinakothek in Munich (inv. no. 2178/670, cf.: Klaus Ertz: Jan Brueghel der Jüngere. Die Gemälde mit kritischem Oeuvrekatalog. Freren 1984, no. 168, p. 333).
