A Flemish alabaster relief of the Marriage at Cana, circa 1600.

An octagonal high relief showing Christ, Mary and the bride seated to the left of the scene at a table. Christ signals to the kneeling servant on the right to fill the containers with water. The scene takes place above a moulded socle with symmetrical volute decor.
Worn. Fine cracks and minor losses to the left and right sides. Backed with a wooden panel and firmly mounted in a modern wood frame. Ca. 10 x 14 x 2 cm.
