14-day movement with verge escapement and thread-suspension. Half-hourly striking to a bell. A large Parisian époque Louis XV ormolu cartel clock. Signed to the plate and dial "Admirauld à Paris". Restorations around the winding holes, a scratch to the enamel. H 62.5 cm.
The bronze presumably Robert Osmond, the movement presumably Louis Henri Admirault, mid 18th C.
