Gouache on sturdy card 49.5 x 59.7 cm, framed under glass. Signed 'K.O. Götz' lower left. The reverse of card signed, dated and titled 'OHNE RAKEL VI 1979 K.O. Götz'.

In the years 1978 and 1979 K.O. Götz created several works on canvas and card without using his usually typical tool, the squeegee. The dynamic gouache 'Ohne Rakel' was executed in 1979 as part of a series that consisted of around 12 works.

To be included in the forthcoming catalogue raisonné of the works on paper, compiled by K.O. Götz und Rissa-Stiftung, Niederbreitbach-Wolfenacker.
