A chaire of unusual shape with two handles to the wasted part of the body and a rounded shoulder, on a concave irregular foot. The brown clay body covered with a thin brown glaze, a black and whitish overglaze and a large silvery grey spot. Engraved mark to the base. Ivory lid. A cotton and silk shifuku. Wooden box. Edo period.
