A Tuscan gilt softwood Renaissance baluster candlestick

With four portrait medallions of Saints. The underside with a painted inventory number "52" with a crowned V in a white field and a label reading "Schloss Friedrichshof" and no. 19.46. The drip pan replaced, minor old insect damage, the painting and gilt worn in places. H 94.5 cm.
Early / 1st third 16th C.
