A large Berlin KPM porcelain clock

Pendulum movement with anchor escapement and half hourly striking to a bell. The cylindrical clock corpus supported by a male and a female figure. Blue sceptre mark, red imperial orb mark, year letter alpha for 1926, model no. 11994. H 49 cm.
1926, designed by Gerhard Schliepstein. The movement by Lenzkirch.

Schliepstein mainly worked for the Rosenthal manufactory but also created a number of porcelain designs for KPM in 1924. This large mantle clock forms the ambitious high point of the series.
