An 18k gold openface pocketwatch with cylinder escapement and repetition

Silver dial with roman numerals, rare second aperture and blued steel hands. Gilt movement with cylinder escapement. Key winding. Quarter-hourly repetition to a spiral gong. Striking activated by pushing the pendant. In the original rootwood case. Cuvette signed "Dechamps Rue St. Honoré", no. 1907. Diameter 5.2 cm. Weight 90.2 g.
