A North/Central Indian pink sandstone figure of a standing male figure. 10th/12th century

A North Indian pink sandstone figure of a male figure standing in tribhanga with the right foot turned out, on a small plinth, the body hung with pearl necklaces, bracelets and bangles, and various strings of pearls from the belt holding together the short dhoti, the head slighly held to the side, with large eyes and a smiling mouth, a diadem headdress and large earrings. 10th/12th century.
