A pair of Berlin KPM porcelain plates from the service for Princess Louise

Painted with evergreens on pink ground and bordered by a Neoclassical lace design. Blue sceptre mark, brown imperial eagle, painter's marks, impressed and mass marks. One plate restored over a breakage. Diameter 24.5 cm.
Ca. 1825.

Princess Louise of Prussia received this dinner and dessert service as a present from her father on occasion of her marriage to Prince Frederick of the Netherlands on 21st May 1825.
