A Belle Epoque platinum ring with a rare natural pearl

The shoulders of the narrow, chased band set with 10 8/8-cut diamonds flanking a slightly Baroque form, almost oval natural pearl (ca. 18.2 x 15.7 mm, white with fine silvery grey lustre). Ring size 56. Weight 10.9 g.
Ca. 1910.

Certificate

Assay report no. 81987 dated 20.09.2017 from Elisabeth Strack of the Gemmologisches Institut Hamburg confirms the pearl to be a natural pearl of marine origin.
