Of very fine, hand-sawn openwork design milligrain set with 57 old-cut diamonds. The knot with a transition-cut diamond (ca. 1 ct, L/M, vs2), the remaining stones in total ca. 1.1ct (I-K, vs-si). 14k gold brooch pin. L 4.5 cm. Weight 7.5 g.
