Brooch "Landschaft" by Falco Marx

18k gold. Square frame filled with loose grains of gold, with a stopper to the reverse to add liquid. Stamped: Maker's mark "FM". Hand-engraved: "2003 Köln". 4 x 4 cm. Weight 24.3 g.
Cologne, 2003.

The stopper on the reverse indicates that the ring originally contained liquid, similar to the artist's well known water ring designs.
