A very large Ao-Oribe tokkuri. Mino area. Edo period

A very large Ao-Oribe tokkuri of rounded square shape with a thin neck and a recessed base, covered all over with a beige-coloured crackled glaze, the neck glazed green and plant motifs in iron brown to the body. Mino area. Edo period. Wooden box.
