A Tibetan copper alloy figure of Dharmaraja Yama. 15th/16th century

Standing in alidhasana on a reclining bull on a lotus base, holding the kartrika and kapala, adorned with a garland of severed heads and a coiled naga. The face and hair painted with applied cold gold and red pigments. Base sealed and incised with a double-vajra.
Height 14.5 cm
