A very large Sukhothai style bronze figure of Buddha in maravijaya seated in meditation, the right hand in bhumisparsha mudra, the left hand in dhyana mudra in his lap, the head and ushnisha covered by small, partly snail-like curls, surmounted by a ketumala, probably replaced. Shiny chestnut brown patina, the hair curls lacquered and gilded, the base with red lacquer and gilding.
