Model no. 1005, "Vase Medicis / Rhedensche Sorte". Fired in two parts and screw-mounted. Decorated with two labelled views of Berlin: "Die Werdersche Kirche in Berlin." and "Das Museum in Berlin." amid Neoclassical foliage. The base, handles, and rim gilded. Blue sceptre mark, brown imperial eagle mark, painter's mark astrological symbol of Venus. Some discoloured and chipped restorations to the nodus. H 31 cm.
