An enamel snuff box with courtship scenes

Enamelled copper with gilt copper mountings. Rectangular box with hinged lid, decorated throughout with courting couples and an architectural landscape to the underside. Two minor cracks to the lid, two star-shaped cracks to the underside. 3.8 cm x 8.8 cm x 6.7 cm.
Berlin, attributed to Daniel Chodowiecki, ca. 1760 - 70.
