Diamond set shoulders, the bezel cluster set with a natural yellow cushion shaped Ceylon sapphire in mixed star step-cut (12.07 x 9.22 x 5.51 mm, 6.32 ct) surrounded by 20 transition-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.40 ct). Bezel 1.7 x 1.4 cm. Ring size 54. Weight 6.1 g.

Gemstone assay report dated 13.2.2018 from the DSEF, Idar-Oberstein, confirms the blue stone to be a natural sapphire with no traces of heat treatment (NTE), origin: Sri Lanka.
