An 18k gold bow brooch with a watch pendant

Brooch set with rose-cut diamonds suspending a small pocketwatch with a chased rosette set with rose-cut diamonds to the lid. Enamel dial with Roman numerals and gilt pear form hands, inscribed "Longines". Signed nickel-plated manufactory lever movement with breguet spiral. The case stamped: Fineness 750, no. 2726556, movement stamped: Longines, Ne. 1726556. Brooch: L 3 cm, weight 4.2 g. Clock: Diameter 7.8 cm, weight 24.6 g.
