Pencil and colour crayons on thin plain paper 20.2 x 14.7 cm Framed under glass. Oval estate stamp "Nachlass AUGUST MACKE" (Lugt 1775 b) verso, therein annotated "123" in ink and dated and titled "Abstrakte Formen XX 1913" (faded) in pencil. - Monogrammed "M" in pencil lower right by an unknown hand. - Slightly browned; some of the colour fields slightly faded. A horizontal paper defect along the upper margin.
