Custom made single earring. 18k gold and platinum designed as a stylised serpent's head set with a Ceylon star sapphire, 11 emerald cabochons, 12 ruby cabochons, three baguette-cut and one rose-cut diamonds. Unsigned. One ruby lost. 2 x 2.7 cm. Weight 9.3 g.
