Two Mongolian thangkas of two guardian deities. 19th century

The guardian deity in the centre seated on a white horse, dressed in a streaming garment, a Mongolian helmet and boots, surrounded by the twelve tenma-sisters, with Padmasambhava flanked by Vajrapani and the kalachakra monogram above. One of the two thangka with Tibetan inscriptions enclosing the figures and with further inscriptions and two hand prints of a priest to the back. Gouache on cloth. Brocade mounting. Framed. Creases, thin areas, stains. (2)
