A Berlin KPM porcelain plate with soldiers at rest

Model no. 1084. Decorated to the centre with two cavalrymen and four horses in a mountainous landscape, with a border of gilt Neoclassical ornament. Blue sceptre mark, impressed marks, blue astrological symbol of Mars, No:1 in sepia to the basal ring. D 24.5 cm.
Circa 1818.
