A Berlin KPM porcelain plate with a royal monogram

Model no. 301. The well painted with a view of Tarasp castle in the canton Graubünden, Switzerland. With the conjoined crowned monogram MAM (possibly Maria Anna). Blue sceptre mark with circle, red imperial orb mark, dark red II, impressed 12 and I. D 21.5 cm.
3rd quarter 19th C.

Princess Maria Anna von Anhalt-Dessau (1837 - 1906) married Friedrich Karl Nikolaus von Preußen on 29th November 1854. Royal Berlin may have produced this dinner/dessert service on occasion of their wedding.
