A Vienna porcelain cup and saucer with a view of Laxembourg Palace

So-called "caféschale" form with scroll handle and original saucer. The display side painted with view labelled "Vue du château I.R. à Laxembourg, près de Vienne." Gold ground with ivy tendrils. Impressed "bindenschild" mark, year stamps 828 (?) and 830, dreher's numbers 12 and 5.
Vienna, Imperial porcelain manufactory, fired 1828 and 1830, painted in the 1830s.
