A rustic gentleman and a lady seated on boat shaped dishes. Blue PH mark to the unglazed base. The gentleman's head reattached, his hat restored. H of each 9.5 cm.
Strasbourg, Paul Hannong period, ca. 1750-1754, presumably after the model by Johann Wilhelm Lanz.
