A Meissen porcelain hot chocolate pot with chinoiserie scenes

With gilt metal mountings and ebonised wood handle. Cylindrical vessel with original flat lid. Painted throughout with finely painted chinoiseries and gilt lace. Unglazed base with blue crossed swords mark, 58 in gold to lid and base. Chips to the basal rim. H 16 cm.
