A Meissen porcelain bust of a lady

Bust of a lady in pearl jewellery on a round Neoclassical socle, fiired in two parts and screw mounted. Blue crossed swords mark, incised model no. K 186, impressed 8. H 32 cm.
The model by Heinrich Schwabe, 1876/77, fired shortly after.

This bust is based on portraits of Maria de´ Medici made by Peter Paul Rubens as of 1622.
