Statuette, black cast iron. Height 31.3 cm. On cast-with, stepped base (2 x 9.2 x 8.3 cm). Monogrammed GK (joined) on back of upper plinth at left; with dated foundry annotation "geg. Lauchhammer 1917." at back of base at lower right and inscribed in front "v. Bethmann Hollweg."

The artist donated the model to the Red Cross; the amount of edited casts unknown; according to the Kolbe Archive not more than approx. 5 casts documented today.
