Bronze Height 36 cm. - Mounted on polished brownish stone base with slightly chamfered edges (11.8 x 18.5 x 16.1 cm) Monogrammed with the signum 'GK' (joined) on the back left under the jacket lapel and with the foundry marks "H. NOACK/BERLIN FRIEDENAU" (the last letters slurred) on the right side at the edge. According to kind information by Ursel Berger, Berlin, 10 casts of this bronze are known, the last exemplars commissioned at Noack in 1924. Ursel Berger documeted a later photo from 1930 which shows an enlarged plaster model after the bronze standing in the foundry Noack, Berlin. - With evenly dark, black-brown patina. - The lower edges of the stone base bumped in places.
