Displaying two crows flying past a snow-covered willow in gold and silver takamaki-e, silver kirikane and black lacquer on a shiny brown lacquer ground, the eyes of the birds of aogai. Red lacquer and fundame to the inside. Inside the lid a collector's paper label reading 213 / G. 3/2/47 and ... Silvery metal ojime with a golden chidori above waves. A boxwood netsuke of a Shôjô mask. Signed with kaô. 19th century.
