A Vienna porcelain cup and saucer with the disarming of Cupid after Angelika Kauffmann

Of cylindrical form with original saucer. The cup painted with the motif of "Cupid disarmed by Euphrosyne" in a gilt surround. The reverse of the cup and the saucer with strings of pearls amid rosettes en grisaille. Blue bindenschild mark, year stamp 804, 96. in purple, dreher's number 47 (cup) for Mathias Schwaiger and 51 (saucer).
