A Berlin faience tankard with Chinoiserie decor

Decorated with a delicately painted Chinoiserie garden scene showing figures on a terrace. Unmarked. With cracks, the pewter base lacking. The hinged lid, rim, and handle mounting of pewter, H with thumbrest 23.5 cm.
Manufactory of Gerhard Wolbeer, early 18th C.
