A rare Berlin KPM porcelain centrepiece in the Egyptian taste

Model no. 6704. Formed as the hull of ship, at either prow two ladies in ancient Egyptian costume, possibly allegories of Egypt and Europe. Finely decorated throughout with flowers, foliage, and moths in relief. Blue sceptre mark, red imperial orb mark, model no. 6704, year letter A. A small chip to one headpiece. H 21.5, W ca. 97cm.
