A Nymphenburg porcelain plate related to the court service
Scalloped plate with a thick, moulded rim. Finely decorated in the centre with a bouquet of roses, two single flowers and a moth. The rim painted with six flowers, a moth, a dragonfly and a beetle. Rocaille decor picked out in blue and gold, gilt rocaille border. Impressed 2P. D 25.3 cm.
Around 1760 – 65, décor attributed to Johann Zächenberger.
