Pierced meander motif milligrain set with 116 old-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.74 kt, L-S, si) and a carved clear quartz rosette (diameter c. 24 mm) surrounded by eight Oriental pearls and encrusted with an old-cut diamond (c. 0.30 ct, M/N, si). L 5 cm. Weight 16.70 g.
