A Thuringian pewter tankard with Chinoiserie decor

With two large Chinoiserie figures flanked by palm trees and exotic flowers. Blue mark G. A restored crack. Pewter mountings. The lid with a (possibly later) engraved inscription "E.H.H. 1731". H with thumbrest 24 cm.
Attributed to Gera, 1740 - 86.
