A huanghuali wood sloping-style round-corner cabinet (miantiaogui). Probably late Qing dynasty

On four round legs, with a narrow beaded-edged apron and lobed apron-head spandrels, the body tapered and with dowel hinges, the top protruding slightly on three sides, called the “cabinet’s cap” (guimao), brass plates with lock receptacles and small ornamental pulls.
