A Nuremberg faience tureen with landscape and fruit motifs

Of rounded, scalloped design. Decorated with alternating landscape and dish motifs, lambrequins, flowers and tendrils. Blue B mark (tureen) and illegible blue mark and “ad 76” in black (lid). With a crack running almost through the entire lower section and minor chips around the base. H with lid 18, D 15 cm.
Nuremberg, the décor attributed to Johann Valentin Bontemps, 1730s.
