36 silver gilt Empire plates

Round plates with broad rim decorated with a frieze of finely engraved tripods and pairs of swans amid stylised acanthus and a band of palmettes around the edges. 12 plates engraved with the inventory number “8” on the underside, 11 with “10”. Diameter 21.3 cm, total weight ca. 13,500 g.
