Set with a star sapphire (diameter ca. 8.20 x 8.70 mm), three small blue sapphire cabochons and a small brilliant-cut diamond of ca. 0.10 ct. Hallmarks Fineness 585, maker's mark "ET". Ring diamter 1.4 x 1.6 cm. Ring size 54. Weight 8.81 g.
